I didn’t start with a business plan.
I started with a problem—and the realization that everyone was looking at it the same way, except me.

In 1994, after getting fired from the last job I ever had, I could’ve played it safe. But instead of seeing failure, I saw freedom. That push led me to build a specialized trucking company, moving some of the world’s largest equipment for mining and construction. Along the way, I worked with over 10,000 businesses across North America—each one teaching me the same lesson:
Success isn’t about following the rules. It’s about seeing the opportunities no one else sees.

While others focused on doing more, I focused on thinking differently.
Not because I’m smarter—because I never believed the box existed in the first place.
